Terms of service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must give accurate information and keep your account to yourself.
• You must not use the service if we have previously removed your account.

Chalo Kahi Chale helps people find and join small group plans at public places, and host their own. It is for making friends, not for dating. We do not organise, supervise, insure or attend plans, and we are not a party to any arrangement between users.

• Follow our community guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Meet only at the public venue stated in a plan, and use your own judgement about who you meet. Read our safety tips.
• You are responsible for what you post, including plan details, photos and messages.

The service is free. Costs shown on plans are estimates set by hosts for spending at the venue. You pay venues directly. We do not collect, hold or refund money for plans.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it within the service so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to post it, including any photo and the people in it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the guidelines.

• Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive anyone, or post sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content.
• Use the service for dating, commercial promotion, spam or scraping.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access other people's data.

We may limit, suspend or remove accounts and content that break these terms, put others at risk, or where the law requires it. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page.

The service is provided "as is". We do not run background checks on users and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour, or that a plan will happen as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from plans, venues or other users' conduct, and our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
